The Kosova Center for Digital Education (KCDE) was established in 2016 to ensure equitable access to digital education for everyone because it believes children’s rights to any form of education are crucial. In addition to being a fundamental right, digital education has the potential to create a prosperous and equitable society. Following this paradigm, KCDE, as a non-governmental organization, aims to drive Kosovo’s digital transformation in education with the vision of one day all people reaching their full potential through digital education. Over the years, KCDE has put a lot of effort into integrating marginalized and discriminated groups in the education system by building up their capacities through training and awareness-raising programs.
