Call for Offers: IT Barometer Kosovo 2017

STIKK is calling for offers from research companies who will gather information, process it, and prepare the IT Barometer Kosovo 2017 report.

Please find attached the Terms of References.

The deadline for sending your technical and financial offer (based on the ToR) is 19.07.2017, to [email protected].

Selection criteria is based on work experience, creativity, and proposed timeframe.
