Request for Offers: Printing Material for KosICT 2017
The purposes of this request for offers is signing a contract regarding the Printing of Promotional Material which will be used for the KosICT Tech Festival 2017.
Please find attached the Terms of References.
The deadline for sending your technical and financial offer (based on the ToR) is 23.10.2017 (CoB) at STIKK offices, Rexhep Mala 28A, 10000 Prishtina. The offers should be sent in an envelope, consisting of two (2) separate envelopes (Technical Offer and Financial Offer).
Selection criteria are based on quality work, work experience, delivery time, and flexibility.
