Request for Offers: IT Barometer Kosovo 2018

STIKK is requesting offers from research companies who process information and prepare the IT Barometer Kosovo 2018 report.

Please find attached the Terms of References.

The deadline for sending your technical and financial offer (based on the ToR) is 19.06.2018, to [email protected].

Selection criteria is based on technical proposal and experience, creativity, and proposed timeframe.
