Request for Offers: Developing the Business Plan for Tech Park Prishtina
The purposes of this request for offers is signing a contract regarding the development of the Business Plan of TechPark Prishtina by an International Consulting company.
Please find attached the Terms of References.
Interested Consultants shall send their Offers together with all necessary documents until the 28th of January, 2018 (CoB) at STIKK offices, Rexhep Mala 28A, 10000 Prishtina. The offers should be sent in an envelope, consisting of two (2) separate envelopes (Technical Offer and Financial Offer).
