Call Open for the Kosovo Trade Mission to the United Kingdom 2026

UK–Kosovo Tech Hub has opened a call for Kosovo-based information and communication technology companies interested in participating in the Kosovo Trade Mission to the United Kingdom 2026, taking place in London from 21 to 25 September 2026.

The mission aims to provide Kosovo companies with structured access to the UK market, opportunities to establish new business connections and a platform to present their capabilities and services to potential partners and clients in the United Kingdom.

What can participating companies expect?

During the mission, selected companies will have access to:

  • pre-arranged B2B meetings with businesses and potential partners operating in the United Kingdom;
  • professional activities and networking events involving companies, industry experts and institutional representatives;
  • international events and exhibitions covering e-commerce, digital sales and marketing, customer experience, payments and logistics, data and analytics, artificial intelligence and technology solutions;
  • presentations and discussions on potential cooperation between companies from Kosovo and the United Kingdom;
  • opportunities to gain a better understanding of the requirements, trends and business environment of the UK market.

A company profile in English will be prepared in advance for each selected participant. These profiles will be shared with the mission organisers and partners and promoted among relevant UK businesses to identify interest and potential B2B meetings.

UK–Kosovo Tech Hub will coordinate the mission programme, registrations for the relevant activities, the B2B matchmaking process, local transport for official activities and a delegation dinner during the stay in London. Where required and subject to the applicable procedures, supporting letters from relevant partners will also be provided for visa applications.

The call is open to companies that:

  • are registered in the Republic of Kosovo;
  • operate in the information and communication technology sector;
  • demonstrate an interest in and capacity for developing business relationships in the UK market;
  • have at least one representative who can communicate and present the company in English;
  • commit to participating in the preparatory activities and the full official mission programme.

A maximum of 12 companies will be selected. Each company may nominate up to two representatives.

Applications will first be assessed for completeness and compliance with the published eligibility criteria. The “first come, first served” principle will then be applied among complete and eligible applications, based on their submission date and time.

Participation costs

There is no fee for participating in the mission programme.
