Round Table on Scaled VAT

STIKK office was held roundtable on Scaled VAT, in which is discussed the draft document for possible escalation of VAT for ICT products.

This paper captured the key aspects of VAT scale for ICT industry in particular and its positive effects for the Kosovo society and internal growth generation, mainly in job creation and tax contributions. It includes as well, a Regional Best Practice review from countries of Western Balkans, and review of EU VAT system and Kosovo’s VAT legislation and possibilities for eventual scale for ICT industry
